Since 2007, Luz Fiorella Restrepo has worked closely with healthcare providers to manage and improve their billing processes with accuracy and consistency. As a Certified Professional Biller (CPB) through the AAPC, she brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience supporting practices across different states and specialties.
She has experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers, helping ensure claims are submitted correctly, reducing denials, and improving reimbursement timelines. Her background allows her to adapt to different specialties, workflows, and payer requirements without disruption to the practice.
In addition to medical billing, Luz Fiorella also provides provider credentialing services, helping practices get enrolled with insurance networks and stay compliant over time.
Her focus is to make the billing process easier, improve cash flow, and reduce the administrative burden so providers can focus more on patient care.

Basic Credentialing: Updating CAQH, EFT and ERA set-up, and submitting minor updates to insurance companies.
Full billing cycle: including claims submission and collection, A/R management, patient collection and customer services (we also offer customer service in Spanish.)
Quarterly meetings: We review performance and discuss any concerns or opportunities for improvement.
Monthly Financial Reports: comprehensive analysis of reports detailing collected and outstanding billing and review of patient accounts.
Point of Contact: An account manager will be assigned to your account to answer any questions you may have.
